A Bit about Me
Hello! I am Priscilla Haga, located in Orlando, FL. I began my sewing journey when I was in the 8th grade, living in Haiti with my missionary parents. Shortly after arriving, there was a burglary in our home and all of my clothes were stolen. Ready-to-wear wasn't available but I could get fabric, notions, and patterns. So, I taught myself how to sew.
Years later, shopping for a new sewing machine led to a job in a sewing store followed by a 25 year career with a large sewing machine company. Sewing and embroidery are my passions.
During that time, I discovered quilting. I started with my domestic machine, "quilted by embroidery", moved to a sit-down quilter, and then put that on a 5' frame. I found that "size does matter". Now, I am blessed to have a dedicated longarm studio in a converted garage with a state-of-the-art computerized 28" Innova on a 12' frame.

QB Quilts is a smoke-free, kitty loving studio. I love quilts and quilting so when you intrust your quilt to me, I treat it with care as if it were my very own. Any questions or concerns are addressed before the quilting process. While I have been quilting for a long time, my longarm business and this website are new. So, I hope you will be patient with me as I navigate the intricacies of this endeavor.
